GREIGE

Offis Textile uses fabrics that are woven mainly on air jet and Sulzer looms. Fabric qualities available include: 100% cotton, polycotton, polyester, viscose and linen. From our significant greige inventory, we supply a large range of fabric constructions in sateen, percale, jacquards, muslin and flannel in widths of 114cm (45”) to 287cm (114”), and thread counts of 120 to 800, single and double pick.

PREPARATION

In fabric preparation, we offer continuous processes of singeing, desizing, bleaching and mercerizing.

DYEING

Offis Textile dyeing machines provide an efficient and professional response to batch and continuous dyeing. We specialize in a variety of dyeing systems such as vat, reactive and pigment. Our high quality dyeing has made us the official supplier of textiles for the health and defense industries in Israel.

PRINTING

Offis Textile printing department includes rotary printing machines with up to 12 screens. Our printing machines are among the most advanced in the world, fully computerized with printing widths of up to 280cm (110”) in repeats of 64cm (25”), 81cm (31”), 91cm (36”) , 101cm (40”) and 140cm (55”).

FINISHING

Our finishing department has the experienced personnel and all the machinery essential to meet customer needs in the various finishing processes such as sanforizing, napping, easy care, flame retardancy, stain and water repellency, softening, calandaring etc. Our 4 Stenters operate continuously, treating goods up to 287cm in width, and guaranteeing the quality of our final products

INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL

Offis Textile operates under strict quality control and quality assurance regulations. All of our finished fabrics have a standards mark stamp issued by the Israeli Standard Institute obligating us to inspect every meter of finished fabric before delivery to the customer.

FABRIC PACKAGING

Our fabrics are available in the following types of packaging: full width rolls, double folded on rolls, double folded on pallets, or double folded packages

CONFECTION

Our confection department is capable of accommodating any size order. We stitch to match customer specifications, and specialize in double stitch and attachments.
